Anne Maffei

Anne Maffei is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Vista Research, Inc. Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Maffei was Managing Director, Operations and Strategy, and was responsible for finance, strategy and operations at Vista Research.

Prior to Vista Research, Anne was a Managing Director with the Cedar Street Group, which she co-founded in early 2001. From November 1999 until joining the Cedar Street Group, Ms. Maffei was Vice President, Corporate Development for Walker Digital Corporation, where she was responsible for developing commercialization opportunities within the Walker Digital intellectual property portfolio. Among the Walker Digital companies launched during Ms. Maffei's tenure were Retail DNA, a developer of innovative software solutions for retailers, and Skillgames, an online company that allows registered users to play games of skill for cash prizes. From June to November 1999, Ms. Maffei was Vice President-Finance of the Priceline WebHouse Club.

From November 1996 to May 1999, Ms. Maffei was a Vice President in the Global Healthcare Group for J.P. Morgan, where she advised biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and capital raising opportunities. From 1994 to 1996, Anne worked as an Associate Director in the Worldwide Licensing & Acquisition Group for Johnson & Johnson. Her responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson included identifying, negotiating and executing strategic opportunities in the areas of biotechnology, women's healthcare and consumer products. From 1989 - 1992, Ms. Maffei was an Analyst in the Corporate Finance and Fixed Income Groups at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Maffei graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in political science and received a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
